Travel & Hotel Reservation Procedures

Please secure your airline and hotel reservations by April 17

If you do not secure your airline and hotel reservations by the deadline, USA Hockey will not pay for or be responsible for covering the travel expenses.

*USA Hockey will accept only airline travel booked through Cain Travel for reimbursement. It is very important to book your travel in advance and with the airline that is offering the best fare.

Cain Travel can also reserve a rental car at your request. However, this is not a reimbursable expense. If you prefer to drive from your home to the meeting, USA Hockey will reimburse mileage or airfare (lowest available with 14 day advance booking); whichever is less.

Meetings begin on Wednesday and continue over the days to follow ending with the Board of Directors Meeting on Saturday morning. A full schedule is below.

Registration

If you are not on an official USA Hockey employee, section, committee, council or board of directors you must pay $200 to attend the Annual Congress.
You can pay online now or during registration at the event.

The deadline to register for Annual Congress has passed. If you need assistance please contact Amanda Raider at amanda.raider@usahockey.org

If you do not register your guest, there will be no credential for him/her




USA Hockey will cover hotel from June 10-13, other dates will be your responsibility
